General Guidelines

Health and Safety

  1. Full COVID vaccinations are required to participate at RAS. 

  2. Mask wearing will be regulated as per CDC guidelines and are subject to change based on the public health situation.

  3. Bid competitions are responsible for communicating and enforcing their health and safety guidelines. 

  4. Every competition and team must have a designated 2-3 individuals who are the health, safety, wellness, and SAP point-of-contact for this season.

Sexual Assault Prevention (SAP)

Raas All-Stars is committed to providing a safe environment for all its attendees free from discrimination on any ground and from harassment at all events, including sexual harassment. Raas All-Stars will be following a zero tolerance policy effective immediately this season in order to protect all members and attendees through all RAS affiliated events. All attendees at any Raas All-Stars affiliated events regardless of their positions, are covered by and are expected to comply with this policy, and to take appropriate measures to ensure that prohibited conduct does not occur. Appropriate disciplinary action will be taken against any individual who violates this policy.

SAP

Statement on Inclusitivity

Raas-All Stars does not condone any form of hate speech, discrimination, or bullying based on gender, sex, sexuality, race, etc. If an instance is reported to RAS, there will be further investigation that may result in  repercussions.

RAS promotes the inclusivity of all dancers, and does not endorse discrimination on any basis - including but not limited to gender, sexual orientation, disabilities. This will be reflected in judging guidelines and subsequent judges training - all RAS affiliated judges will be trained and instructed to disregard inconsistencies in the performances when clearly present on account of a person’s disability.

Media Approvals

Any and all media partnerships must be approved by Raas All-Stars (does not include photography or videography for competition weekend).
